If you are experiencing a problem with your AC system here's what to look for.
1. Check your indoor filter for blockage.
2. Determine if your indoor/outdoor fan motor is running
3. Look for white ice on the line set or at the indoor/outdoor unit

When you have a service call scheduled it is important to turn the AC system off and turn the indoor fan to the on position( If the fan is operational). This will help us to quickly make a proper diagnosis of your problem.
